Fuel Pump Prime

I've got a Gsr swap in my hatch that I recently put in. Every time it gets a little bit cold (<60 F), I have a problem with it starting. I'll turn the key but won't hear the fuel pump prime. If I just go ahead and try to start it, it'll crank but won't fire. If I wait for the fuel pump to prime (maybe a minute or two) then it'll start right up. The problem does not exist when its warmer. Is my problem in the fuel pump or the main relay?

- It's a Walbro 255 if that makes a difference.

Main relay. You can hear it click when you turn the key to ignition. On times it doesn't click, your car wont start. It's a common problem.

Resolder the connections in the main relay (just get a soldering iron hot and touch them until they melt).

yeah the motor is stock. It's running on a base mapped p28.

I'm pretty sure the relay will still click. I'll take a video if it's cold enough.
