hi kinda confuse here =D coz im building a reliable full internal build LS/vtec and im just following this build from honda-tech. is it ok if i dont change my bearings would it be still reliable or should i just go change it?.

imo i would just for a peace of mind. plus its better to be safe then sorry and having to do it all over again.
