question about ACL and OEM bearings for ls/vtec set up

- Sun Apr 22, 2012 11:16 pm #302604 hi kinda confuse here =D coz im building a reliable full internal build LS/vtec and im just following this build from honda-tech. is it ok if i dont change my bearings would it be still reliable or should i just go change it?.
