B18c1 Rebuild :-\ issue

hello everyone i wana run this by you guys for your ideas
heres whats going on. i rebuilt the the block sent the crank out had it balanced and p30 pistons arp head studs oe head gasket new oil pump new water pump and all new sensors. i have put 400 miles on the motor.
my problem is that under load there is a rattle not a tick but only under load in gear if you rev in nutral the noise is not there. before i pull this back out and break her back down anyone have this before or. have an idea of what im looking at? thanks guys your the best
