ok guys i have a gsr hatch some times when i come to a stop the car will drop down to 250 rpm and stay there smooth for about 20 sec then go back to 900 smooth it seems like it only does it when i come to a quick stop or it happend one time when i just let the car idle for about 30 min it slowly went down to 250 smooth it does not misfire or pop just low idle what could this be ??????

does it have a IAC or a FIAC if so i would try cleaning them or replacing them

IACV is bad. I dont think 94+ GSR engines have the Fast Idle Valve (located on the throttle body).

All OBd1 engine have ficv my gsr has it and that's usally the problem.it is on my accord.right now

But were not discussing an obd1 gsr. We're discussing a 2000/obd2b gsr which does not have FITV.
