Posted: Wed Mar 14, 2012 5:38 amtypically the R valve cover is red. but there are other differences too... some have big DOHC, others have big VTEC. some say honda motor company, some dont. most are black.
id prefer an OEM cover over most aftermarket offerings. you are not getting ripped off. unless of course the OEM valve cover is in crap condition.
