gsr problems

I got a 95 gsr in my 89 crx did a full tune up but everytime I pull the wire out of the 3rd cylinder it doesn't want to shut off like the others but i have no check engine light and vtech still kicks in . What would be the problem please help?

Huh? Why would you want it to shut off? What makes you want to do that. did you feel something funny while driving? does it feel lazy at all? Need more info..

Ok when I pull the spark plug wire out of 3rd cylinder it keeps running unlike when u pull out the other wires it shuts off

It shouldnt shut off. it should run really rough . and sound like a Subaru.
