b20 crankshaft in a B18a1 ?

NO

LS are 81mm and the B20 are 84mm. crank and rods are the same but the difference is in the pistons. that's what gives it the extra .2

I'm using my b18a1 block.. I can keep my B18a1 pistons
I'm just putting a b20 crank in the LS block
