Civic EG

Okay so the hose that comes off the top of the valve cover has a lot of pressure coming out of it? Wheb I hook it up to my intake tube where its supposed to go the car runs for a while then it will die? When I drive it with the tube hooked up it will drive fine till I come to a stop sign or something where I have to make a complete stop it will die won't start for a while unless I unhook that tube? Someone help me out the motor is a b16a. Any in put will help help me asap. Thanks guys
