I need some help. Recently I've noticed my car being really weak so I did a compression test and I got 180 on cylinder 1, 160 on 2, 160 on 3 and 120 on 4. But wile I was doing that, I noticed oil on my headers. Specially on cylinder 1. The rest of the cylinders are dry and normal. What do you guys think it is?

Thanks for the help

wheres the oil? just on top? is it more residue than oil? most likely its a leaking valve cover or cam seal. as for compression... Most likely rings are wearing or valves arent sealing correctly
