Question for anybody with an itr inlet on their b16

as u can see on the picture the pipe wi the arrow going to it is blocked off and not connected to anything on my engine, whats this pipe for and should it be connected to something or is it just not needed when using the itr inlet on a b16 engine? :?

That line normally goes to your PCV valve.
Check out your Chilton's, Helm's, or Hanes Manual.

any ideas why its been blocked off? are there advantages to bypasing this pcv valve?

They are normally blocked off or re routed with Turbo Setups. Good possibility the car was Turbo Charged or Super Charged before sold to you. Another possibility is however had the car before you Didn't know what they where doing when installing a cold air intake.
