I am doing a b18b swap in my 95 civic dx it had the stock d15b7 in itand i was wondering can i use the stock harness if so what would i have to do to use it.

yes, you can use your stock harness completely.

How do I hook up the gas wire to the b18 intake manifold

if you mean the fuel line, then just how it is on the d. same hose and banjo fitting should work. im using all my stock stuff like that.

you need an LS / ITR throttle cable. like 30 bucks from honda.

u can also make a bracket i have a pic of one i made when i use 2 have an ls in my car if find it i will post

thanks everyone for there help but i was on h-t and they just said flip the bracket and use one bolt and it worked perfectly

i couldnt use my stock throttle cable. i had to get a ls cable.

Can you use a oil pan and alternator upper bracket from a b18a1 1990-93 for a b18b 94 and up integra.
