wat headers r really gud recomended for a itr swap.. port and polished mannifold and throttle body! tuned? i just have no clue which headers to order up? let me know

hytech all the way you will prolly need to modify your exhaust though there a little longer than regular headers i had to cut about 5 inches out of my exhaust for it to fit

RMF if you want to spend a pretty penny, and wait a couple months...

I read on a website a month ago of a stock type r with Hytech Tri-Y headers giving 15hp with a tune. That's a lot for a 4cyl.

let me just state this. JASMA is NOT A header. its Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association they do not make headers. they approve them. thats all.
