Where does this go?

so anyway a have a poor mans r built for a turbo but will be ran na for the time being just a heads up the pcv canister has been deletd so my question is were do those two ports go to the ones that are on the left and right of the oil filter the one tp the left looks like it has a drop of coolate and the one on th eright looks it has a drop of oil but were do they go?

The one on the left is suppose to have a screw in freeze plug and on the right is were the oil breather is i hope thats helps

there is soposed to be a screw in it there is no threads for a screw? lol so what do i have to do lug up the one on the left and get an brether for the one one the right?? do i need this for boost. I thought the one on the right went to an oil catch can

like yours or like in the pic. i got a jdm b16a they all kinda the same block in design
