Need help! b18b1 no idle

Hi i have a 98 civic hatch back i just swap in my 2000 b18b1 in it but the probleme si i have no idle . i have the acura integra computer . but when i put the computer that comes with my 1.6L it has idle what the probleme is it the OBD conversion my probleme or?

is it throwing a CEL? (check engine light)

Did you get an OBD-1 to OBD-2B conversion harness? Did you remember to get the OBD-1 injectors and distributor?

no didnt change the injector ...and all! just have the convertion that goes pluged into the computer

My mistake, I read that wrong. I thought I read 94 rather than 98 somehow... It should idle just fine unless you took something apart when putting the engine in the car.
