if you have a b18c you need gsr parts
if you have a b18a/b you need LS/RS/GS parts
if you have a b16a2/a3 you need 96+DelSolVTEC or 99to00 si parts

ngk vpower or gpower plugs (if you got the bank for it go irridums)
ngk plugwires (personal prefrence)
pvc valve <- very over looked for a 3$ part
lucas injector cleaner
dist cap
dist rotor button
oil change with good oil and filter
*adjust your valves* <- cheapest gain in lost performance you can get

im sure ive left something out, but this is the basics

check the DIY suspendedhatch did a great write up :thumb: ive done them myself before i ever came to this site, and its not alot involved, id recomend getting a haynes manual for an in hand refrence while your doing it :thumb:

and personally i for got to mention before, id stay away from a fram filter at all costs, i recomend a purolator filter, and either mobil clean 5000, castrol gtx, or valvoline for oil, if you run synthetic go Castrol Syntec or Mobil 1 buts thats my .02..

If this hasn't been changed (which most likely it hasn't) do it, It will help clean up your emmisions and increase your mpg and its easy/cheap :thumb:
