No, you won't see much if any gains from a 68mm TB unless you're boosting the shit out of the thing. Even still, you might only see 5-10hp with the upgraded TB on huge boost. As for a NA engine, you could actually lose power depending on your supporting mods.

Its a waste of time on a stock motor. 68mm is common on BUILT na motors above 200hp.
I have a 70mm. Not sure why.
