you should do a compression test and a leakdown test , it may be loosing compression. How many miles are on the car?
If thats all good i would check the timing

thats a fresh motor less then 10k on the rebuild, the heads only got 4k on it. but im sure i could do a test

Check the ignition coil and the cap & rotor. Also, if you can find one, swap out the ignition control module with one that is known to be good.
Depending on the engine, the ICM can cost upwards of $270 from a dealership, but it's $60-$70 at AutoZone.
Coil is also quite expensive at the dealer, but around $40 at AutoZone.
Im hoping you got this fixed by now, if not check those items.

ok im guna check them ... is this a common thing to happe after replacing plugs and wires? the car ran perfectly for the wholeride then outta no where just started acting up.

That all depends on how old the distributor was when you bought it. I had an O'Reilly's special in my '94 DC4, and it was shit. It was in there when I bought it though. I spent six hundred freaking dollars on a new one from Honda...so be prepared to spend some money...
