B18c1 no vtec

OK, so my vtec wasn't popping so I switched out the solenoid gasket that had the big screen and this other lil screen and replaced it. Vtec was working after i replaced those but about one day ago it just stopped again? What should I check now? I still need to replace my cam seal and distributor o-ring. thanks

any leaks around that area?.... any CEL? Vtec wont kick on when the oil pressure is low.

make sure you have plenty of oil.
what oil pan do you have?

check the oil pressure replace the cam seal and the o-ring
then check and make sure the parts you just put on havent flawed already ( it happens ) and may wanna even change the oil if it does have the pressure it needs hope this helps alittle
