#326553 The hose yonder that you see was just replaced about 10 minutes ago but it won't stop shooting fuel up in the opposite direction!

Anyone have any ideas on fitments or something that'll help. I think maybe the locking ring might be overused which might be causing it.

#326706 There are two copper washers that sit on both sides of the banjo fitting. If those are old, missing, or have junk between them and the fittings they will not seal. Pull it apart and make sure the washers are there and clean.

Edit: From the looks of the picture I can see the bottom washer but not the top one.

#326708 If it's leaking from the hose though, I'd suspect that:
1. the hose inner dia. is a little too large.
2. get a better clamp (oem style)

Also be sure it is rated for fuel and not a regular rubber vacuum hose (looks like it is the proper type in the pic)

#326718 hehe its ok, when i put my new filter on, i didnt tighten the banjo nut down and went to crank and spewed guel all over my freshly painted parts...and lost some of the red pain so i gotta redo some of em, definitly check every inlet and fitting for correctr tightness :thumb:
