#214029 Valvoline conventional 5W-30. It's what Honda used back when those engines were being produced.

You can really use anything though, to be honest.

#215388 valvoline or penzoil, i dont perfer royal purple because its almost 10$ a quarts and doesnt work any better than regular oil unless its in a built motor (turbo, n/a, whatever) also if you change your oil every 2500 to 3000 miles religiously then you wont have a problem with oil ever

i only go with royal purple cuz i work there and can get it for about 7.50 a L and the rep gave me 2 cases for free, and then i mentioned to him one of the bottles got a hole in shipping, he wanted pics so i sent him pics, and got 2 more cases..... So i cant really complain i have a years worth of oil changes.

#241792 what ever you use i hope its a synthetic, i will be running a Lucas 5w30 in my boosted F and 10w40 in my trans.
