what do i need to j swap?

i want to know what all i will need to swap my car out with a j series best motor what it comes out of and all that stuff full parts run down

J32a2 is the best j motor.
You could then stroke it with the j37 crank and rods with higher compression pistons. New valve train and Bisimoto Stage 2 cams, headers, ported intake manifold, and bigger TB. You will have a beast of a motor. Complete monster.
But just check out J32a.com, they have a lot of information. I am interested in swapping it into a shell as well.
