WOT issue

When i get on it...WOT, it seems to bounce off limiter at 5500rpm.
When not on WOT, it can climb to 6800 redline

Whats going on?

Car runs beautifully
No codes no nothing. Just at wot :?

Does TPS read proper voltage at closed (0.5V) and WOT (4.5V)
