Okay today I just went to friend house
We were working on my d15 to remove few parts to be have a better access to the water pump area on timing belt side.
I climb under of car and saw a little leaking on bottom of pump. I went ahead to jack up a little more to keep coolant from spilling. Took it off, whole part fell down, and saw broken parts that helps water to flow in the system.

Oh boy I'm glad that I got it off and replaced it.
Reassembled everything (just upgraded intake air ram and adj cam gear) I went out for test driving for half of hour and my car temperature is at middle on gauge. Perfectly:) thank you so much for help on forum!
