#330057 One quick question, though: Would leaving the car in gear and moving it so I can get to the screw cause the timing to become all fucked up? Or will I be fine as long as the new rotor goes on oriented the same way the old one came off? (presumably easy, because of the screw)

shouldn't, just don't spin the motor backwards.
