i got an erratic idle but no check engine light. burped the coolant system. and i got a new cluster with rpms and it shows that the temprature is high. but i know its not, i even ran the fan direct to see if the temp would go low but the cluster still says its hot.
notes:
coolant temperature was changed a while back. but might have gone bad.
when i rev it up and the rpms start to come down the needle vibrates on its way down instead of idling down smoothly. though the engine sounds good. could it be that the distributor is going bad?
or ido u guys thinking the cluster is bad all together?
havent check the iacv but no check engine light and i started to get he erratic idle when i started to move the screw to ajust the idle cuz the rpms to the cluster were really low and now that i have it to 900rpms its starting to give me the up and and down up down up down. only for a bit. . is it doing a self test cuz i reajusted it.?
