UPDATE!!!! ***

Now i know a few have asked for this and usually there is never a given answer just assumptions.

For the ARP Head stud kit #208-4301 for the D16z6

Torque specs are as follow USING ARP LUBE provided!!!!

1st step torque down to 30/ft-lbs in the usual cross pattern for the motor

2nd step torque down to 60/ft-lbs in that same cross pattern.. this is right after your down torqueing it down to 30 ft-lbs..

Now it's not needed to retorque after a certain number of heat cycles. that is ONLY required if the manufacturer of the head gasket you are using says you have to...

and lets say later down the road you are taking the head off and want to re use the studs, u can as long as there is no corrosion or uneven threads you can re use them using the same torque down numbers..

anyone have the piston ring gaps for any d series, jdm d15b perhaps?
