- Mon Oct 24, 2011 12:39 pm #278865 so i was watching the news this morning and a guy from maine has a 99 honda accord with original motor and tranny. the guy just recently hit the 1 milion mile mark and its still being driven to this day! when honda heard about this they offered him a brand new honda! just goes to show u how well built these cars are! i will try to find the video and post it on here.

- Tue Oct 25, 2011 11:34 am #278963 Oh have faith with the new cars the motors are much more simple now from then. Less vacuum lines and sensors to fail. I believe with the right care and maintenance any Honda could and should last for ever.
