#339842 so i bought some buddy club n+ spec coil overs for my del slo about a year ago.

HAD A FEW HICUPS UPON FIRST INSTALL

-had preload too tight.
-rode like ass
-went through phase figuring out dampening.


FIXED PRELOAD.

-instantly loved the product.

I THEN TRADED THE DEL SLO FOR A INTEGRA

-car was still capable of using the struts.
-swapped struts.

UPON INSTALLATION OF THE STRUTS I BROKE THE DAMPENING ADJUSTMENT KNOB ON ONE OF THE FRONT COILOVERS.

WHY I DONT LIKE BUDDY CLUB CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. EMAILED THERE SUPPORT PAGE ASKING NOT FOR REFUND BUT FOR PRICE ON THEM TO SERVICE THE COILOVERS
2 . THEN I GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THAT THERE INBOX WAS FULL AND WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY EMAIL.
3. FOUND THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND CALLED THEM.
4. WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL BECAUSE THEIR VM BOX WAS FULL.
5. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS
6. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES.

7 I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THEM IN OVER 3 MONTHS.




I LOVE THE PRODUCT, HATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
