We actually were doing some welding last night and it's really starting to come together! Now we have to pay attention to some details.

We got the impact beams inside the rear doors welded together with a long piece of 1" square stock and also welded the stock to the rear floor to tie everything together. Then we built a couch in 60 seconds using leftover honda parts from the Accord back seat & donor Del Sol :lol:

And sorry about any adult language that he may have heard. We try to keep it PG13 but I know we really get into it sometimes and forget. I think more so in the future episodes.

Actually all of the clips of us working on the car in the first 6 episodes were all from the very first night we started. (notice Mikey is always wearing a blue flannel and I have the same VTECH shirt? :lol: )
From the into, to the walk around, to all the gutting/cutting... That first night we started around 9pm and went till around 4:30 in the morning. Our most productive night by far.

We cut off the rest of the roof (c-pillars) and trimmed down the rear 1/4 panels. woot:

Next time we cut down the Del Sol rear firewall to make it sorta fit in the Accord.
