really sucks but it wasnt as bad as mine...
crash on to a 09 lexus the guy ran a red light and hit me,i had no insurance so the cops blamed it on me my whole core support was gone and all the happened to him was a light bumper and fender
..didnt have any cash to fix it so i sold my car crashed... after court had to take defensive driving and 6 month probation only 1 month left to go.. well anywho weeks later after court got a letter from farmers insurance saying that i owed $8000 dollars for all damage and also said AMOUNT DUE COULD POSSIBLY BE MORE DUE TO MEDICAL EXPENSES 
.. so anywho i called to make payment arrangement and they left a voicemail saying i was gonna get a call in a couple of weeks to make payment arrangement.. been 2 months havent heard from them..
sad part was that i had just bought the car for 5k it was a 2000 accord with rims lip coilovers (the whole nine yards) and i sold it crash for 2k....
but the more sad part was that... IT WASNT MY FAULT!!!
