are the drive-throughs for like mcdonnalds or whatever you have were you live are they set up for rhd cars?

in the united states using a rhd car for fast food is a bitch, reach across the car to grab your crap,

I mean using the atm during a busy time of day would be impossible...

unless you drive backwards...
