question: How much boost can my block (sleeves) take safely?
setup: eagle rods, wiseco pistons, 9:1, vented valve cover, stock cams, E85, stock crank, .60 t3/t4 turbo, ram horn, slightly ported head.

Get a good tuner and you can go along way with that set up. Probably well over 400hp. my friends stock b18c is making 360hp with a 60-1 on 14psi

i bought a master power .70 t61. my block isnt sleeved. how high can i rev with stg 1 cams? this guy that is super honda down the street is telling me that full boost will be like 7k rpm and i wont get to enjoy what the turbo provides. he says its too big for my b18c.....is he lying, iv been on youtube. looks like others are enjoying it but i dont know what they have in their build. should i get a smaller turbo?

....that hurts my ego..

1st gear may be a bit slow spooling up, but after that it will be fine. I have a .63 t3/t4 on my sohc and i see 7psi by 5k easy. i'm sure yours won't take until 7k to spool, but once you shift your good to go again, flat foot shift it and you won't have to spool up again. Flat foot shifting is what i have to do to keep mine alive on the track. If it's a b18c and not the b18c1, Your comp ratio is 11.1:1 which is going to help out a bit. as for high revving, when my friends car got tuned (b18c, t3 60-1 .63) he made 360hp on 14psi, but the car didn't make any power past 7800rpms. so they set the revv limiter to 8200.
Either way you go, you're going to have fun with it.
