Civic EG

i have this wastegate, and in the middle of the wasgate it has a fitting says boost, that goes into the compressor side, top fitting says vacuum does that get hooked uo to the intake mani side or compressor as well? thanks alot for any help guys....also the car is a 95 civic hatch gsr engine,t3/t4 turbo,skunk2 mani..

I think you leave the other one alone, i think it would be for a boost controller.
