So sorry if this has been asked before but i cant seem to find out (or im not using the search right) whether i can use the intercooler piping from integra/ b series engine on my d series engine. Would i have to change the intake maifold or anything?

you may have to cut it down or reroute it but intercooler piping is intercooler piping and thus universal
