I need a fmu just to get me by until I can get a s300 and need to knowif there is any difference in them, as in i keep seeing vortech fmu's for like older mustangs and other cars for dirt cheap. are they car specific or wil one of those work for me? i got a z6 with 6 psi of boost on a Jackson super charger. Additional mods are stage 2 cam and regular bolt ons. also i have been finding fmu's on craigslist for about $50 name brand, does that sound fair? Thanks guys

wow people still put FMU's on hondas? Personally, I wouldn't bother. You're spending money that is going to delay the purchase of your S300, not to mention the time to install and setup up everything. I would save and do it right the first time. But if you must, then $50 isn't too bad.

If going with the S300, you'll likely want to beef up your fuel system (fuel pump, injectors, adj. fpr)
Maybe you can get by with the stock pump, but injectors and fpr for sure.

Some 320 RC's (or some DSM 450's will do if you're on a tight budget. )

so rc 320 will do for a d15b turbo vtec around 7psi? I am trying to get a turbo set up off a guy i know, but im trying to avoid a resisotr box if i can. Also how can you tell if the injector driver is fried on the ecu?

Why would you need a resistor box? for the DSM 440? Just save up and get the RC witht he OBD1 honda plug and plug harness.
