#360970 damn. haven't posted in a while.

haven't done much to the car.
just changing little things up for the coming 2017

new lip, painted side skirts, and put the old wheels back on.
dunno how I feel about the painted side skirts yet.

it does look a bit more modern tho :]

#360973 2017 goal will consist of installation of the h beams, upping the boost, retune and shooting for 300 whp d15b7 :]

I'm in no rush. ive had the parts here for about 4 months already.

there might be some exterior changes as well.

#361082 sorry. going to be using PG6 pistons with the h beams.
no vitara since the comp will be too low.

zeal calculator...gives me a 10.72:1 comp with the pg6 pistons. close enough to where I want it to be

#361093 Cool glad you looked into it. I was asking rod length because they make longer rods to use with Vitaras to fix that super low compression problem but in all honesty using a stock length rod and an off the shelf forged piston will run more reliably.

#361095 Yeah. I did research on it a while ago and everyone was saying that it was gunna be around 7:1. When I entered it in zeal calculator, I came up with 9.x:1. I was ok with it so I ordered the vitaras. A couple months after I re calculated it with zeal and found out that I entered some wrong info (which lead me to the 9.x:1) and it was indeed 7:1.

So which brings me to this point (pg6 pistons).

Man. Now I have a set of new 75mm vitara just sitting ok my desk looking pretty.
