#307855 I have lurking in this forum for a while.

Just want to share some stuff on my DD.

When I got my EG6 in 2010
Image

One of the first thing I did was to tidy up the wirings under the dash
Image

It came with the EG9 seats
Image

Replaced with EG6 seats ;)
Image

Replacing aftermarket hand brake handle with EK9 hand brake handle
Image
Image

Cleaning up the JDM clusters with plastic polish
Image

Image

Got my NARDI
Image

Image

The RPM readings were out, so I did a little recalibration by adjusting the potentiometer at the back. (NO REMOVAL OF NEEDLES!!)
Image

For how to do it refer to this: http://honda-eg6.blogspot.sg/2010/10/rpm-meter-calibration-how-to.html

Got the PLX SM-AFR ver 1 with DM-5 which helps in monitoring the health of the engine.
Image

Replaced the EG throttle cable with the EK throttle cable for a slightly cleaner look
Image

Image

Skunk2 Chamber kits front and rear
Image

Image

Image

Skunk2 LCA
Image

If I knew about Function 7 earlier, I would have got those instead..

Relocated the battery to the boot. I had a bracket fabricated to install two of the PC680. So that I can have them lie flat and still use the boot tray.
Image
Image

Replacing the rear ARB bushing
Image
Image

That's it for 2010 :)

Got a used PasswordJDM "whale penis" at a great price
Image
Butt dyno suggested that it has better throttle response.

Where I am located, the temperature is about 32-34 degree C (90-93F) at 90% humidity. The original air-con condenser couldnt handle the heat, so I made minor modification to fit a larger condenser. It also allow me to install a full size radiator.

The P28 ECU that I got with my S300 has really bad soldering done on it:
Image

Got a HA Motorsport ECU replacement, before anything goes wrong
Image
Nice and clean soldering with all capacitor replaced!

Swop out the H4H headlights and clear sidelights. Makes life easier to be using H4 lightbulbs
Image

Had this torque mounts for a short while.. the resultant vibration in the cabin was unbearable.
Image

Got the VARIS CF bonnet for cheap!
Image

Got the subframe brace to go along with the UR ARB.
Image

Installed AEM fuel rails and B18CR injectors
Image

My PLX SM-AFR ver 1. had intermittent readings and it decided to retire early. Since PLX came out with ver 2, I decided to PLX another chance.
Image

Had my prelude seats re-wrapped and installed.
Image

Replaced the windscreen with new mouldings
Image
Image

My tuning setup for road tune.

How she looks at the end of 2011.

Thanx.
The wheels are slipstreams (15 x 7 +28) with 195/50 tires at -1 degree camber, running on koni sports. With my soft setting, I couldnt go any lower, cause the tires will start rubbing the fenders during hard cornering.

After inspired by Teal_dx, I got my AN fittings and hoses!
Image

Image

What I did differently, was that I used Hard Line Tubing Adapter instead of using a tube nut, tube sleeve, AN to AN adaptor. This did not require the use of a 37 degree flaring kit. It is rated up to 200psi while the later is rated up to 1000psi.

Got my SPOON twin-block calipers with DIXCEL FS Type 282mm rotors.
Image

Image

As the installation, requires the use of 3mm spacer placed between the brake disc and the hub, I decided to install the ARP extended wheel lugs
Image
For 15x6.5" +40 slipstreams, you will need 5mm spacers which is give u 1.65mm clearance.
