Hey all! well I've been saying for ages I was going to get round to posting my build on here so thought it was about time I did..
It's a 93 1.3DX EG hatch.
The builds been going on for a while now less talking more posting!!
How I bought her:
And the rust on ths sil, to be honest its not that bad.. There is 2 holes, 1 is the size of a bottle top and the other the size of a tennis ball, the arches aren't bad at all.. For an EG that is.
The bigger hole in the sil:
The smaller hole in the sil, both are drivers side:
Other rust:
And then came the stripping of the interior!:
Also tucked the wires that were in the back:
Before:
After:
Sound deadening removal!!!!!! Was actually quite easy:
Bye bye dash!:
Time to say by to the engine!:
SUPAH DUPAH LIGHTWEIGHTZ OFFERS OVER £2000 PLEASE!
Thats it up to date really, the bay is in the process of being grinded and sanded also filling the spot welds to make it smoother then primer and a fresh shoot of D2 purple for the bay!
I'm going to break this up as I'm copying it from other forums.
Much love lads!
Comments/Sugestions appreciated
