Hopefully this gets moved to the DIY section...
For 92-95, there was an optional headlight warning chime. That being said, all you have to do it get a chime (maybe from radio shack) and hook it up.
Remove the driver's side kick panel (3 screws) and also the metal safety brace (2 10mm bolts) that is behind the kick panel.
On the fuse box, towards the top, is a series of 5 emtpy male prongs. You simply hook the chime to the 4th and 5th prongs (the two furthest on the right).
With the key OUT of the ignition, turn you headlights on. If it doesn't chime switch the wires, the polarity might be wrong.
