hey civic-eg

i have a eg hatch.. and im changing the dash board from navy blue t black.. but the only problem i am having is that my steeing wheel doesnt have a tilt.... and i took all the bolts off the dash... can someone please help me....

it is better to take the whole rat out , more space and less problems.
