Civic EG

So i know this may be ricey to some but I'm trying to find a company I've dealt with in the past that makes indiglo Gauge overlays. They had a "Spoon" style gauge face that I want. Problem is I don't remember the URL of the company nor the name. I believe it was a Norwegian site that had an English option. Any help?
