cluster problem

On my 92 civic my speedometer spins around dose anyone know how I can fix it?

How do you mean spins around? Does it record your speed or does it just wig out and spin like a top? If the latter is true you might have a voltage issue or your speed sensor could be faulty.

It spins like a clock I was told I need a new cluster

That could be true too. I had to replace mine shortly after I got my car.

In Cali not a clue. Might try junk yards. Idk how Cali is about replacement clusters though.

just buy another cluster from the salvage and replace your speedo. it can be from any model trim

or just replace it with the one you got from the salvage. and take it to honda and ask them to replace your mileage counter.
