#330833 Ive found a good deal on some FG2 (07 SI) Seats from a guy who is parting out the car, and will most likely be coping them up. While I know the Front seats rails will need fabrication. I'm curious on the rear seats fitment. As I would like to replace the rears as well eventually and since he has them I may as well just get them at the same time, prolly combo it up. I know there may be some fabrication needed but does anyone know if the seats will even fit at all or will have a gap?

Did a little more research and it looks like because the hatch is a 50/50 and the fg2 is a 60/40 it locks in the middle and wont work stock. So typically it'd be a no go. My question now is Would it be possible to swap the frame pans from the my rear seat backs onto the FG2 seats to make them lock on the sides? Similar to what this guy did for his rsx seats?

After doing a little more research I don't think it will work because of the brackets that are welded to the chassis of the car..But I'm continuing research..Figure I might as well post up and document my findings for anyone else who is ever interested...

Notice the offset difference of where the seat bracket sits on the chassis between the two setups. I suppose it could probably be moved..but that is ALOT of fab work for rear seats..
