Steering wheel suggestions?

Hey guys I just picked up a used NRG short hub and quick release all together for $50 :thumb:

I just installed it and everything is good except for the cheap ebay steering wheel that the guy gave me with it.

It's okay though because I was planning on getting a nice steering wheel anyways, only problem is I don't know which one.

I was thinking of getting something like a 360mm Nardi classic like this:

or maybe a sparco but I'm not sure, what are your guys opinions/experience/preference? I've heard Nardi is the best but I wouldn't know. Oh and this car is my daily driver but is soon to be my weekend track car too so I don't think suede would hold up well.

Thanks guys! :thumb:

i would suggest suede because thats what i like,

but just fyi suede is said to get dirty really fast or easily...
so maybe you might not want suede unless you like it

I think I would stick to a leather or vinyl wrapped wheel for a daily. or if u can score a second hub? then get the suede for occasional drives, and the cheapie for daily duty.

I like this suede wheel. If you ever plan on doing any kind of autocross or track days, this will provide the best grip. Plus, it just looks cool.

^^ Agree, I have that exact wheel, really like it but it does have a lot of dish 3" to be exact. Yet still very solid.

I believe Personal has a demo video or all their wheels on YouTube.

Suede is said to be more for glove use. But obviously it's personal preference. What's awesome though is you can get any style wheel, in any color, in any wrap. I'm a big fan of the more durable Gritna wheels. But just become a wheel (of steering variety) whore and then you won't have to choose ;)
