Civic EG

Hey guys, picked up a 95 Civic Cluster with tach, and a 6k red with shift light. i'm assuming HX? 5 speed.

just installed it in my 92 Civic, with a D15b7 5 speed, and couple issues.

1: Tach seems to be off. engine sounds likes its red lining at 4.5k rpms rather than the 6 the cluster shows. (are D15b7's really that low???)
2: Speed is definatly off, i'm guessing as bad as 20mph?!?!?
3: Fuel/Coolant seem to be fine.
4: All Lights work except shift light (not really worried about that part though lol)

Are the Dash's Trans/PCM/Engine Specific? or is there somthing wrong with my cluster??

shift light? like the economy upshift light for the VX hatch? I believe its the VX hatch.

if i am not mistaken that cluster/shift light only work with the correct engine and ecu it was originally paired with, the d15z1 and the p07 ecu... correct me if i am wrong

possibly, sounds right. it does have the white box and a upshift light lol

and i fixed my Speedo issue, by installing my old clusters speedo into the new cluster lol

havn't checked the tach again yet, but seem'd different on my little drive??? lol
