#293203 a srs light lol but yea you have 2 torq bits on either side of the airback remove the screw underneath the steering wheel and unplug the airbag ( i would also before all this of coarse unhook your battery lol...) but yea you do that after you un hook the airbag it reveals teh 19mm bolt holding the steering wheel on unhook the wires and as you pull the steering wheel off slowly feeding the wires thru congrats thats the steering wheel now youll have to remove the under dash panel the metal beam and the steering column cover now remove the three screws off the ribbon thing and unhook the plug under the steering colum and remove....now for your horn just follow the jdm steering wheel install.....and depending on what wheel your putting on theres adapters and such pretty self explainatory and also just fyi just unplug the yellow plug behind the cluster and really if you dont have the pside airbag might as well just remove the whole system except for your horn plug. and if you have a pside airbag id unplug it just for safety.
