Civic EG

I own a 92 Civic EG6 with a GSR Dash. This is a picture of my steering wheel column. I'm almost positive there should be an arm for the windshield wiper... Some people say theres a nut there I should see.. but I don't really know what to do..

you see the black peice where the holes are kinda like where your headlight switch goes in well thts where you windsheild wiper switch goes but yea the plugs would be connected to the same harness as your headlight switch
