Seatbelts Don't Retract

I'm having trouble with both front seat belts in my hatch. They have a hard time retracting back in and I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. If so, how can one fix it? There is nothing that its sliding on to cause friction, maybe its just full of dust and dirt?

someone posted on here recently that anything to do with the seatbelts having a problem, honda will fix it for free.

they said just go to a dealership...

don't know if this is true but, definitely worth a shot.

I had the dealer replace the driver and pass/rear seatbelt in my old EJ6. Only thing that sucks is, you have to make an appt with the dealer (gives them time to get parts) and drop the car off for the day.
