Thanks mate I'm frequenting Ebay, pistonheads autotrader & gumtree at the moment trying to find the right one now, seen a B16a2 coupe I'm leaning towards, just need to make sure i've got the space and money, as I've had a few.... bad examples, so want to make sure this time I do it right

this one looks pretty decent, rear arches look good but drivers side rear sill has had a bit of rust. v-tech sohc 1.6 tho.... might be worth a look.

Looks like I might be picking up Downards old EG hatch - the white one that he boosted that's fully stripped interior...

Question is do I go back to a coupe and use the hatch as a parts car [Again...lol], or just drive a fully stripped hatch?

also does anyone know if a D15b2 gearbox'd work doing an auto-manual swap on a D15b7?

eccos your man on that mate, I'd say it should be fine, you should be able to use any D tranny?
